At Arnica Mental Health, I offer therapy that’s warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. While I don’t bill insurance directly, I can provide superbills for you to submit to your provider—more information about that is included below. You’ll also find current rates for 60- and 90-minute sessions.

$175 for appointments after the intake appointment
