Client-Centered Therapy for Adults
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already carrying a lot. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, burned out, or simply longing for something to shift, you don’t have to figure it out alone. My hope is to offer you a space that feels safe, steady, and deeply respectful of who you are.
I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or just a general sense that things could feel better. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Brainspotting—gentle but powerful methods that help us work with both the mind and the body to support lasting healing.
I also have a special place in my heart for working with neurodivergent adults—including those with ADHD, Autism, and sensory sensitivities. Therapy shouldn’t ask you to mask or fit into someone else’s mold. Here, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are. Your unique ways of thinking, feeling, and moving through the world are honored, not pathologized.
Most importantly, I want you to feel safe, supported, and truly cared for in our work together. Healing doesn’t happen overnight—but it does happen in relationship, and in spaces where we can soften and be seen.
When you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you.
