Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, or neurodivergence. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, burned out, or simply longing for change, you don’t have to figure it out alone. My hope is to offer you a space that feels safe, steady, and deeply respectful of who you are.

Why Choose Arnica

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither are you. At Arnica Mental Health, I offer a space that honors the full complexity of who you are. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing happens when your whole self is welcomed—especially the parts that have felt unseen, misunderstood, or too much.

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults, creatives, deep thinkers, and those navigating the lasting impacts of trauma. Whether you’ve tried therapy before or this is your first step, you’ll find a relational, collaborative approach rooted in curiosity and respect.

What makes Arnica different?

  • A trauma-informed, neuroscience-integrated lens.

  • Flexible care that honors your pace, process, and nervous system.

  • A unique blend of IFS, EMDR, and Brainspotting to support deep, embodied healing.

  • A non-pathologizing, affirming space for people who feel out of place in traditional therapy.

  • Online and in-person sessions available from Boulder, CO.

You don’t have to go it alone. When you're ready to explore what healing can look like on your terms, I’m here to walk that path with you—gently, honestly, and at a rhythm that feels right.

What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel uncertain—that’s okay. Here’s what the first steps look like at Arnica:

  1. Reach out — Use the contact form, email, or text to share a bit about what you're looking for.

  2. Free consultation — We’ll schedule a 15–20 minute phone or video call to see if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure to decide right away.

  3. First session — If it feels right, we’ll schedule your intake. We’ll explore your goals, preferences, and any concerns you may have.

  4. Ongoing work — Whether short-term or long-term, we’ll move at your pace using tools like IFS, EMDR, or Brainspotting to support your healing.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. You just need to start.

At Arnica Mental Health in Boulder, CO, I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, emotional overwhelm, or complex nervous system responses. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Brainspotting—gentle but powerful methods that help us work with both the mind and the body to support lasting healing.

I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent adults—including those with ADHD, Autism, and sensory sensitivities. Therapy shouldn’t ask you to mask or fit into someone else’s mold. Here, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are. Your unique ways of thinking, feeling, and moving through the world are honored, not pathologized.

Most importantly, I want you to feel safe, supported, and truly cared for in our work together. Healing doesn’t happen overnight—but it does happen in trusting relationships.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes—sessions are available both online and in-person. Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

How often are sessions?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. We can adjust based on your needs, capacity, and therapeutic goals.
